Floor & Decor Expansion

Radey Associates provided design and construction management services for a 15,000 square foot addition for Floor & Decor. Once the design was finalized, the practice completed construction documents in under two weeks. The design combines the building materials common to the surrounding shopping center with the prototype design Floor & Decor works from, satisfying local officials, the building owner and the tenant alike.
