East Gate Square II Renovation

Radey Associates provided design services to subdivide the East Gate Square II building so it could accommodate two commercial tenants. The practice surveyed the space and accounted for all structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing modifications required, and upgraded fire separation barriers to meet current code. Complete construction documents covered a new storefront entrance and the dividing walls, leaving the building ready to accept two new occupants.
