Monroe Township – Williamstown High School

Overview

Radey Associates designed Williamstown High School for Monroe Township, a 310,000 square foot facility for 1,600 students completed in 1997 at a final construction cost of $25.25 million, or $81.45 per square foot. It holds 78 classrooms, three labs and lecture rooms, a distance learning center, a media center, a 1,000 seat theater with a full fly loft, two cafeterias of 250 seats each, a gymnasium with six stations, and offices for guidance and faculty. The building is air conditioned and fully fire protected, with terrazzo floors in the corridors, a standing seam metal roof, and telephone, data and security systems throughout.
