Mobile Office Feasibility Study​

As more Americans move back into cities, many aging shopping malls are becoming obsolete. Radey Associates has worked closely with mall owners to re-appropriate those spaces, successfully installing municipal offices in adjoining former retail units within an enclosed mall setting, giving residents one place to deal with county and township officials. The practice also conducted several studies into mobile office layouts in suburban settings, giving staff who live far from a central office the option to work locally for part of the week, saving travel and cost while keeping people close enough to share ideas across disciplines. The layouts include conference rooms of varying sizes that can be rented to small start-ups without the need or resources for a full-time office.
