Radey Associates has provided design services to renovate a large commercial space on the main retail strip of Audubon, New Jersey. The property is in the process of being converted to a new restaurant and single apartment on the main floor, and two apartments on the upper level. RAA provided a structural analysis and designed repairs to make the existing building safe which included removing the upper level structure and replacing it in several locations. We coordination with engineers to modify and upgrade all infrastructure services within the building.
The front of the building was completely redesigned to create a more contemporary, inviting, and attractive restaurant entrance in Audubon. The entire interior and space allocation design was generated for both the restaurant and the apartments on the upper level. The project is currently under construction. We look forward to working with our client through the construction phase to see a successfully completed project for the township of Audubon.
