Alma Latina

Radey Associates is renovating a large commercial building on the main retail strip in Audubon, converting it into a restaurant with an apartment on the main floor and two more on the upper level. The work began with a structural analysis and repairs to make the existing building safe, including removing and rebuilding the upper level structure in several places, alongside coordination with engineers to modify and upgrade every service in the building. The front of the building was redesigned to give the restaurant a more contemporary and inviting entrance, and the interior layout was planned for both the restaurant and the apartments above. The project is currently under construction.
