Radey Associates provided design services as well as construction management services to create a 15,000 square foot addition for Floor & Decor. After the design was finalized, Radey Associates was able to complete the construction documents in under two weeks. The design took into account the building materials commonly used in the shopping center and merged that with the prototype design that Floor & Decor is accustomed to using. The final design was able to satisfy the local officials as well as the building owner and tenant.
