Radey Associates provided design services for the East Gate Square II building to be subdivided to now allow for two commercial tenants. RAA surveyed the space, accounted for all structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications that were required, as well as upgraded fire separation barriers to meet current code requirements.
Radey Associates provided design services for complete contruction documents to create a new storefront entrance and subdividing walls to divide the space. The building is now ready to accept two new commercial occupants in the Moorestown location.
