In a coordinated effort along with Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) and the Camden County Improvement Authority (CCIA), Radey Associates aided in the feasibility of transforming an underutilized former retail mall into a municipal office + town center.  With PREIT combining multiple former retail bays of the mall, RAA designed the new layout of a 6,000 SF office for the Improvement Authority. The design included 130 linear feet of storefront design along with the following:

• 8 Executive Offices
• Several Open Office Areas
• 2 Conference Rooms
• New Restrooms
• Kitchenette + Staff Lounge
• Relocation + Addition to HVAC Service
• Large Entry Desk
