Camden County Improvement Authority

Working alongside the Camden County Improvement Authority and Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust, Radey Associates tested the feasibility of transforming an underused former retail mall into municipal offices and a town center. With PREIT combining several of the mall's former retail bays, Radey Associates designed the layout of a 6,000 square foot office for the Improvement Authority, including 130 linear feet of storefront. The office holds eight executive offices, several open work areas, two conference rooms, new restrooms, a kitchenette and staff lounge, and a large entry desk, with HVAC service relocated and extended to suit.
