For Camden County College, Radey Associates designed a new roof using spray foam insulation to restore the existing roof and, in some areas, replace it. The result is a continuous, seamless coating that improves the roof's performance and forms a water-tight barrier to fix and prevent leaks for years. A clear polyurethane sealer was specified for the roof of the glazed atrium, giving that system the same seamless protection while still allowing daylight to pour into the space.
